Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. vt66 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours; processing times may vary depending on your payment provider's own settlement schedule. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification (KYC) before release.
vt66 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. vt66 may request source-of-funds documentation at any point, particularly for high-volume transactions. Suspicious or unusual transaction patterns may be reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Accounts exhibiting suspicious financial activity may be suspended without prior notice pending investigation.
Player funds held in vt66 accounts are maintained separately from vt66 operational funds. In the event of a platform dispute, player balances are protected from business creditor claims to the fullest extent practicable under vt66's internal fund segregation policy.
Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
vt66 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms.
All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. Bonus funds must be wagered before real-money funds are used.
Bonuses are available to eligible players as determined by the specific promotion. Game Rules, Fair Play and Integrity

Where an account is closed for cause, vt66 may withhold any balance pending investigation and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, forfeit that balance entirely.
- Provision of false, misleading or unverifiable identity information at registration or during KYC verification.
- Operating more than one account simultaneously, whether in the same name or under different identities.
- Use of automated tools, betting bots, exploit scripts, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
- Suspicious deposit or withdrawal activity consistent with money laundering, fraud, or abuse of the payment system.
- Confirmed or strongly suspected bonus abuse, including coordinated multi-account bonus farming or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no outstanding investigation exists, any verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe. vt66 may apply a final KYC check before releasing funds on account closure.
Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vt66 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the vt66 platform — including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill — even if vt66 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. vt66's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
vt66 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously and without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages and factors outside vt66's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. vt66 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible, but accepts no liability for losses sustained during periods of platform unavailability.
Amendments to These Terms
vt66 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, vt66 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify active players via the contact details registered to their account. The most current version of these Terms is always the version published at vt66.vin/terms-conditions and supersedes all previous versions.
If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the vt66 platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting vt66 customer support. Your continued use of the vt66 platform after any amendment is published confirms your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.
